Where we ship

We ship to the continental United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC) using FedEx Ground. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please use a street address.

Shipping cost

Shipping depends on your region:

East (New England, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV and OH): $9.99, free on orders of $100 or more.
Central & South (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, IN, MI, IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, AR and LA): $14.99, free on orders of $150 or more.
West (TX and everything west of it): $19.99, free on orders of $200 or more.

When your order ships

Coffee is roasted to order and ships within 5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. FedEx Ground typically delivers in 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on the schedule you choose (weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly). Every subscription delivery follows the same shipping rates above.

Problems with delivery

If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, email contact@JerrysCoffeeCo.com with your order number and we’ll make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
