Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order a single bag, or start with an $11 sample. New here? Sign up for our emails and get 10% off your first order of $50 or more.
How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
It depends on where you are. East (New England, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV and OH): $9.99, free on orders of $100 or more. Central & South: $14.99, free at $150. West (Texas and everything west of it): $19.99, free at $200. Your exact rate is shown at checkout.
Orders ship within 5 business days via UPS Ground to the continental U.S. (the lower 48 states and DC). We can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order in New York and ships within 5 business days. For the best flavor, keep it sealed in a cool, dark place, and grind whole beans just before brewing.
How many cups is a 5 lb bag?
About 225 six-ounce cups, or roughly 110 twelve-ounce mugs, at 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 oz of water. A 20 lb box makes about four times that.
Do you sell whole bean or ground?
Both. Most coffees come whole bean or ground, in 5 lb bags and 20 lb boxes.
Are your flavored coffees sweetened? Any allergens?
No sugar is added. The flavor is added to the beans after roasting. Our flavor supplier says its flavorings are free of common allergens, including gluten. Some contain a small amount of alcohol or propylene glycol as a carrier.
What's green coffee?
Unroasted coffee beans for people who roast their own at home or in a café. Green coffee needs to be roasted before brewing.
How do subscriptions work?
On any coffee page, choose Subscribe & save and pick how often you want it: weekly (save 10%), every 2 weeks (save 7%) or monthly (save 5%). We'll send it automatically on that schedule. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account.
Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?
Yes. Choose one-time or Subscribe & save separately on each coffee, then check out once. You can subscribe to one, some or all of the coffees in your cart. Coffees on the same schedule arrive together in one delivery; coffees on different schedules ship separately. Each delivery ships free when it reaches the free-shipping amount for your region.
Can I return coffee?
If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it. Unopened bags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for details.
Do you deliver in New York City?
Yes. Every order ships with UPS, so we deliver to all five boroughs and anywhere in the continental U.S.
