These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and any purchase you make from Coffee Bean Trade Corporation, doing business as Jerry’s Coffee Co. (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full.

Products

We do our best to describe our coffees accurately. Tasting notes describe flavors you may notice in the cup and are not added ingredients, except for our flavored coffees, which include added flavoring. Coffee is a natural product, so flavor can vary slightly from batch to batch.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each delivery at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before your next order is processed. See our Subscription & cancellation policy for details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Use of our site

You agree not to misuse our site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose or copying our content, photos or branding without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
