Inspired by the almond liqueur poured after Sunday dinners in Italian-American kitchens, our Amaretto coffee brings sweet toasted almond with a gentle hint of apricot, completely alcohol-free. We add the almond flavor after roasting our smooth medium-roast Arabica, so the nutty sweetness sits on top of a real cup of coffee. It's lovely with biscotti or a splash of half-and-half. Pick standard, dark or decaf roast, whole bean or ground.

Drip or batch brewer: about 2 tablespoons (10 g) of medium-ground coffee per 6 oz of water, or 1 lb per 2.5 gallons in a commercial brewer.
Pour-over: medium-fine grind, 1 part coffee to 16 parts water, water just off the boil.
French press: coarse grind, steep 4 minutes, then press.
Store whole bean in a cool, dark, airtight container and grind just before brewing.
