From the rolling hills of southern Minas Gerais, one of the great coffee regions of the world, comes a coffee that tastes like comfort. Our Brazil is roasted in New York just a shade darker than our medium to bring out its natural sweetness: raisin bread, Bing cherry, dry walnut and cocoa over a smooth, fuller body. Its acidity is gentle and its finish is round, so it pleases almost everyone. It's a superb single-origin drip and a rich, chocolatey base for espresso.
Tasting notes: Raisin bread, Bing cherry, dry walnut, cocoa.
Available in: 5 lb Bag, 20 lb Box · Whole Bean or Ground. Roasted in New York.
