High in the mountains south of San José, the Tarrazú region grows coffee known for its brightness and clarity. We roast it to a medium in New York to keep that sparkle intact: wildflower honey, brown sugar, crisp greengage plum and a dark-cherry finish. It's clean, lively and refreshingly sweet, a great match for a slow weekend pour-over at home, or for a café that wants a single origin with real personality. Brew it on a slower method and let the fruit shine.
Tasting notes: Honey, brown sugar, greengage plum, dark cherry.
