Ethiopia is where coffee began, and in Sidamo farmers still dry many of their coffee cherries whole in the sun. That natural process gives the beans a big, fruity personality. We roast it dark in New York for a cup bursting with blueberry, bright florals and chocolate over a medium-heavy body. It's unlike any other coffee we sell, a standout for French press or espresso at home, for specialty cafés, and for anyone who wants to taste where coffee comes from.
Tasting notes: Floral, blueberry, chocolate, medium-heavy body.
Available in: 5 lb Bag, 20 lb Box · Whole Bean or Ground. Roasted in New York.
