Cold brew concentrate: 1 lb of coarse-ground coffee to 1 gallon of cold water. Steep 12–18 hours in the fridge, then strain.
To serve: mix 1 part concentrate with 1–2 parts water or milk over ice. Concentrate keeps about 10 days refrigerated.
