Jerry's House Blend is our version of that cup, a Colombian blend roasted to a medium in New York. It opens brisk and dry, then mellows into soft, rounded fruit on the finish. It's balanced, dependable and consistent from the first pot of the morning to the last, which is exactly what you want from a house coffee. Brew a pot at home, or brew it by the urn for offices, restaurants and any counter that pours all day.

Drip or batch brewer: about 2 tablespoons (10 g) of medium-ground coffee per 6 oz of water, or 1 lb per 2.5 gallons in a commercial brewer.
Pour-over: medium-fine grind, 1 part coffee to 16 parts water, water just off the boil.
French press: coarse grind, steep 4 minutes, then press.
Store whole bean in a cool, dark, airtight container and grind just before brewing.
